    If you choose Express Delivery, we will replace any plants that are damaged due to delays. Express Delivery is a fast, trackable, and reliable option with a one hour delivery window. It also ensures that the plants will arrive in the same condition as when they left our facility. If you choose a different postage option, such as Tracked 24 or Tracked 48, you will not be covered for any damages due to delays and will assume the risk yourself if the plants do not arrive in good condition. Express Delivery includes an insurance policy, which may cost more but provides added peace of mind.

    The pump of the Easy Water Change Kit can fit through the neck of commonly used water barrels, allowing you to pump clean water to the aquarium using the hosing. Clip plus anti-siphon valve included. No more lifting heavy water barrels!

    Pump size = 35x30x40mm (length x width x height).

    You don't have to lift heavy jerry cans, risking injury or spillages as the pump supplied is small enough to fit in the neck of a jerry can. This is also great for older customers or those with disabilities/injuries.

    It's also used for those who only use buckets. Simply put the bucket of tap water (don't forget to use Neutro Pure as your de-chlorinator) at the bottom of your tank, drop the pump in, turn it on and let the pump do the heavy lifting for you.

    Saves mopping up the floor

    This pump does take out the hassle of pouring water back into the tank and it is very easy to use although the pump could have been a bit more powerful.

    It has saved me from having to mop up though!!!!

    I bought this as I have to change my tank water bucket by bucket. It's quite simple, a small pump and a length of hose. I found that it takes 5 minutes to transfer 10 litres of water to the tank, (about 2 feet higher than the pump)
    Can say it suits me, and at the price point worth the money.

    The pump and power pack are very good. I was surprised how powerful it was considering it’s size. It will take the effort of bucket and jug away completely.
    The loss of the star was because the silicone tubing hadn’t been coiled but folded and had so many kinks I couldn’t use it. Luckily I had some suitable pvc tubing I could use.
