Postage Costs
Postage is calculated based on the weight of your order:

£4.99 – Up to 5kg
Royal Mail Tracked 24 (estimated 1–3 working days) -
£6.99 per 25kg – Express Delivery
Shipped via DPD (estimated 1–2 working days) -
£12.99 – Up to 25kg
Weekend Delivery (UK mainland only)
For locations outside the UK mainland, delivery is charged at cost.
You can check delivery costs by adding items to your basket and selecting Estimate Shipping.
Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 4pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same working day

Orders placed after 4pm are dispatched the next working day

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days, unless items are marked as special order
If your order includes special order items, it will only be dispatched once all items are in stock. Please contact us if you are unsure.

Delivery Conditions & Responsibilities
Delayed Parcels
DPD Express Delays
DPD Express is an estimated 1–2 working day service. Delays may occur due to:

Severe weather conditions
-
Vehicle breakdowns or accidents
-
Access issues at the delivery address
-
Driver shortages or failed collections
In these cases, we are not liable for delays and no refund or credit of postage will apply.
Shortages
If any items are missing from your parcel, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate.
Goods Left Without Signature
If you request a parcel to be left without a signature, including with a neighbour or in a safe place:

This is done entirely at your own risk

If the parcel goes missing, responsibility lies with the customer

We are not liable for loss in these circumstances
Incorrect Address or Parcels Not Collected
This is especially important for live products.
You must provide a full and correct delivery address, including postcode, at checkout. Address confirmation is sent by email and can also be checked in your account.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is supplied:

You are responsible for any additional charges

We will not refund postage or the value of goods

Replacements will not be issued

Any loss, damage, or deterioration is the customer’s responsibility
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us by Royal Mail after 21 days, a £4 return levy will be deducted from any refund.
Non-Delivery Claims
You must notify us within 14 days if your order has not arrived.
After this period, we are unable to raise a claim with Royal Mail or our courier, and no replacement or refund can be offered.
Our Responsibility
If an addressing error is made by Aqua Essentials, you will not be held responsible and we’ll of course put it right at no cost to you.
