CO₂ Regulators and Solenoids

Regulators and solenoids control CO2 in the planted aquarium. Solenoids are particularly useful because they cut off the CO2 supply when the lights are off, saving you money and making the tank safer for fish at night, when plants release CO2. Without a solenoid you risk oxygen starvation for your fish and big pH swings.
