Few aquarium plants make an impression quite like the Amazon Sword. Its broad, lance-shaped bright-green leaves can reach 50–60cm tall, filling the background of a medium or large aquarium with lush, sweeping growth that instantly gives a tank a full, established feel.
It's a genuinely easy plant to keep — medium light, no CO2 required, and planted directly into the substrate where it feeds through an extensive root system. Root tabs placed near the base make a noticeable difference to growth rate and leaf quality. A single well-fed plant can become very large and impressive over time, becoming a true centrepiece.
Propagation is straightforward: daughter plants form naturally on long flower stems. Leave them attached until they've developed several roots of their own, then detach and replant wherever you need more coverage.

A very well packed plant and in first class condition
I ordered 10 of these plants for my cold water tank. When they arrived they were very strong and in very good condition. I have two Fantail fish in a 119 litre tank, they like the cover these broad leaved plants give them.
These are obviously popular plants as they are often sold out, I can see why as they give better cover for the fish, plus they cannot be decimated by the habit of fish picking at them which is a problem with small leaved plants.
Basically, these plants were a very good purchase.

Very efficient service and excellent plants
Good plants at a good price - but took a week longer to deliver than had anticipated (not a problem) but I received at least one follow up email looking for [positive ?] feedback before I had received the package. All a bit premature and a bit too automated.
Arrived dead, green in colour but had gone limp and slimy in its bag due to the 7days it took to arrive not happy at all and now there sold out apparently!
