Just wanted to give you a heads up that the image of the plant you'll be receiving is just an example of what you can expect. Each plant is unique and may vary in size and shape, so it won't be an exact match to the photo. If we provide a size guide, keep in mind that it's just an estimate and that plants can vary in size depending on the time of year.
Our Delivery Promise to you
If you choose Express Delivery, we will replace any plants that are damaged due to delays. Express Delivery is a fast, trackable, and reliable option with a one hour delivery window. It also ensures that the plants will arrive in the same condition as when they left our facility. If you choose a different postage option, such as Tracked 24 or Tracked 48, you will not be covered for any damages due to delays and will assume the risk yourself if the plants do not arrive in good condition. Express Delivery includes an insurance policy, which may cost more but provides added peace of mind.
If you order before 4pm we dispatch the same working day (Mon-Fri). Shipping prices start at £4.99 depending on the speed of delivery required.
The 'Not So Perfect' bundle is a set of 3 plants below our usual standards. Rather than recycling them, we wanted to give them one last chance. These plants are in this bundle due to being damaged from transport when sent to us. If given the correct care they can recover so you do need experience with plants to make this happen.
You cannot choose/ask for background, mid-ground or foreground plants - it's potluck. PLEASE DO NOT ASK to avoid disappointment.

1. Delivery Information
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping starts from £4.99 up to 5kgs on a tracked 48 service. If you want it faster (recommended for plants) then choose Tracked 24 £6.99) or DPD Express Delivery (£8.99).
How long does shipping take?
Not long in general. DPD is the fastest service available and if you order before pm we'll dispatch the same working day. DPD aim to get the parcel to you in 1-2 working days (excluding bank holidays).
Is there tracking available?
Sure but only once your chosen delivery service has scanned your parcel. Tracking will then be sent to either your mobile phone or email address.

We always show exactly how many of each item we have available. Just above the Add to Cart button is where that specific number is displayed.

The plants were in the condition I anticipated but in fairness a bit better. I do think it's a shame they don't come supplied with the pots and weights however, this is stated in the listing but it would be useful to have them. The photo attached was what I received in total for 3 bundles combined.
Not so perfect plants, what else can I say!! They arrived in pretty poor condition (because they’re not so perfect!) with some of them looking dead. However, after being in my tank for a week, only 2 have died and I bought 9 plants.
I have had "not so perfect plants" before and some of the plants are good But this time not one plant was any good they were all rotting really disappointed and they were all the same plant except for one but they were all rotten. Would have sent a picture but I had to clean my aquarium because they were all floating bits and I didn't want my fish to get ill
This was a purchase of the 'Tired' plants..no complaints from me. Placed into the aquarium added the good old CO2 and they parked up straight away after the postal journey.

Just ordered two to be on the safe side and now do I wish I had ordered more. One plant was a bit tired looking and a few brown leaves. But it perked up once I put it into the tank. The others.. I do not know what was wrong with them but they are perfectly fine. I can't wait for this to be back in stock. I got a nice variety of foreground and mid ground plants.
Good value. Decent plants. Just hope they survive.

Plants were very tiny and have now been eaten by my fish
We received 2: packs of not-so-perfect plants and were very impressed. Nice selection - not all the same, one stunning shocking-pink underleafed plant, others were plants we didn’t already have. They looked a bit sad on day one, but are doing extremely well now - day 5. Great bargain, thankyou.

Your plants will be wrapped with recyclable Honey Comb wrap - sounds cool because it is :). It interlocks which means we don't need to use tape either, reducing our impact on the environment.
Not only is delivery fast with DPD Express but it's also green as they offset all the carbon their vehicles produce. Guilt free delivery which we're very proud of...
