You can't request specific plants but if you'd like more foreground than background for eg, shoot us a message and we'll see what we can do for you.

Is this Tropica plant bundle suitable for beginners?

Yes, this bundle is designed for beginners and includes 5 easy aquarium plants that are suitable for simple planted tank setups.

This bundle currently includes Anubias glabra, Bucephalandra sp. Red, Cryptocoryne usteriana, Eleocharis montevidensis and Ludwigia palustris Super Red.

Usually, yes. If one of the listed plants is unavailable, we will substitute it with another easy-growing Tropica aquarium plant.

Do I need CO2 for these plants?

Pressurised CO2 is not essential for this beginner plant bundle, although good lighting, regular fertiliser and stable water conditions will help the plants grow better.

Where should I place these plants in my aquarium?

The bundle includes a mix of plants for different areas of the aquarium, including foreground, midground and background positions. Rhizome plants such as Anubias and Bucephalandra should be attached to wood or rock rather than buried in the substrate.
