    Description

    Slim-line design LED lighting for open and closed planted aquariums that have a length of between 74-93 cm long.

    Designed for excellent aquarium plant growth and aquascaping.

    78 High-Power LEDs (35 Watt) with high brightness and long life span (50,000 h).

    PAR 269 (µmol/m²/s), Lux 16100 (lx), Kelvin 7300 (K).

    The part of the light (400-700 nm) that plants use for photosynthesis is called photo­synthetically active radiation (PAR). The higher the PAR, the better the plant grows.

    Complete kit including 200cm cable, switch, adapter, extendable support arms for an open aquarium and clips for a closed aquarium.

    Maximum glass thickness 10mm.

    Safe (20 Volt DC) and waterproof (IP68).

    Can be operated with the LED Controller (dimming + switching on/off) or a timer but we recommend the LED Controller which we sell separately as it's an excellent way of reducing algae as you can reduce the lighting intensity.

    I installed this yesterday to replace my old light and the difference in illumination is very noticeable. It lights up my moderately planted 80cm tank perfectly. I can't comment on how effective it is for plant growth but have no reason to think it won't be good. It is very lightweight and slimline, unlike my previous one, and looks good too ????

    I have a 1200 mm x 600 x 600 tank. Would 1 LED 93 Superfish Scaper be sufficient?
