    Description

    This is a strong and robust line yet very fine.

    Its primary function is to be used for tying plants to aquatic decor such as wood and rock. It is strong enough to ensure plants are held in place in a secure manner however it is so fine it is barely visible so does not distract your focus away from the plant decor you have created.

    Simply cut yourself the desired length, position the plant on the piece of wood or rock and carefully wrap the fine line around the base and roots of the plant until it is securely in place (be careful not to make it too tight on the roots or they may become damaged). It may be easy to ask someone else to hold the plant in place on the wood whilst you do the tying. Once the plant has grown on the piece of decor and attached itself to it, the fine line can simply be snipped away with a sharp pair of scissors (approximate time 2 months).

    We recommend 10 meters per 5-6 plants depending on what you are tying and the thickness of the wood.

    Very fine grade and a bit fiddly to use, but worth it for the effect. Came wrapped around a piece of polystyrene which made it much easier to unravel the amount you need.

    I bought the aqua fine line as I had used cotton thread for tying one java moss and Xmas moss (bought from stockists before I was committed to Aqua Essentials) and of course it started to disintegrate soon after so retied with the aqua fine line. It is great stuff and it is virtually invisible. Please note: THIS java moss and the Xmas moss were purchased from my stockists and is not a patch on the mosses I have bought from Aqua Essentials but is still growing just about. Thank you again.     It would be 5 if only you could find a way to send it to me without it becoming a tangled mess! It arrived in a neat coil but didn't sty that way for long. Perhaps consider sending on a small spindle of some sort?
