What size should I choose?

Select the mixed box that is closest to your aquarium taking into consideration any wood or rocks you already have in there. If that's the case, try the next size down.

Can I request specific plants in a Mixed Box?

You can't request specific plants but if you'd like more foreground than background for eg, shoot us a message and we'll see what we can do for you.

I have had various plants from aqua essentials from potted plants to cultures and they have all been fantastic there has been hardly any melt and they're all bounce back around the quickly granted I use CO2 and have strong lighting but you cannot argue with the quality not that brown leaf insight. Love the colour

I really love this plant but think because I am so new to real plants in my tank I was abit taken back by it, just getting it out of its pot and getting the stuff off the roots was stressing me out because the roots where well grown into it so every bit I took off had roots in it but it seems to be doing well need to research the plant more because roots are growing on the stems then they detach on there own not sure its ment to do that or not but I have just been replanting them

Which plants are included in the bundle?

The bundle normally includes Alternanthera reineckii Pink, Hygrophila 53b, Lobelia cardinalis, Anubias gracilis and Anubias petite.

Will I always receive the exact plants listed?

Most of the time, yes. If one of the listed plants is unavailable, we may substitute it with another easy-growing Tropica aquarium plant of similar suitability.

Do these plants need CO2?

These plants are chosen for being easy to grow, so they do not need a high-tech aquarium. Good lighting, regular maintenance and a quality aquarium fertiliser will still help them settle in and grow well.

Where should I place these plants in my aquarium?

This bundle gives you a mix of plant shapes and sizes, so you can use them across different areas of the aquarium. The Anubias varieties are best attached to wood or rock rather than burying the rhizome in the substrate.

Can I request different plants in this bundle?
